Privacy Policy

Who is collecting the data?
De Butte Ltd (trading as Pittville Bathrooms, Kitchens and Living Spaces / Neu Kitchens / Hydropool Cheltenham / iWaterlilly) is committed to responsible data use and the protection of your privacy. We are implementing processes to comply with the latest General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will continue to do so when and if legislation changes. The latest version of our policy statement will always be available on our website and in our showroom(s).

What data is being collected?
We will always try to collect from you only the data we need to provide the services you purchase from us to the highest possible standards. Typically this includes your name and contact details (e.g. address, email, phone numbers). At any time you can ask to see the data we hold about you and you can ask us to amend or delete it as necessary. Where we use CCTV, it is to protect customers and staff and to enhance other security measures. Images are stored securely and only accessed by authorised management.

How will the information be stored and used and will it be shared with third parties?
We use this information to fulfil the orders you place with us. Sometimes this requires us to share some of your data (e.g. name and delivery address) with a third party (e.g. a specialist contractor or where delicate products are being delivered to you directly rather than via us). We may use your information to contact you after your job is complete with updated product information or other services we think you might find useful. You can ask us not to do this at any time. We do not share customer details with any external marketing companies.

Your data is stored securely in our industry standard CRM and finance systems and is retained as ‘active’ for as long as is required to complete your order with us and provide any follow-up support necessary. ‘Completed’ customer accounts are retained to provide historical sales analysis or as required by law. We occasionally need to share access to our systems with the software providers to assist with the resolution of technical issues.

How can I contact you?
If you want to find out what data we hold about you or request changes to it, please email [email protected].
